And… Blessings to you for IMBOLC, BRIGIT’S FEAST DAY on Saturday, February 1. The Irish have long believed that the goddess and saint Brigit walks the earth on the eve of her feast day (that is today, Friday, January 31) and also tomorrow during Imbolc. They put out a piece of cloth or a scarf for Brigit to bless, and through the year these are considered healing cloths.

So if you feel called, particularly during our current political times, put a piece of cloth outside today or tomorrow, and invite Brigit’s blessing.
